Howlin' Waters has played from coast to coast, as well as in Japan. A seasoned club veteran, Howlin' has shared stage & studio with Canned Heat, Steppenwolf, Humble Pie and Hank Williams, Jr.
Coming to Austin during the 1980's Stevie Ray Vaughan/Fabulous Thunderbirds Blues-Rock boom, Howlin' captures the classic sound of that era, with comments such as "authentic" and "the real deal" heard regularly at Howlin' Waters shows.
Established in 2012, Howlin' Waters has released (9) albums on Falcon Blues Records label, played more than 1,000 Texas shows, and is known for:

River City Soul is one of Austin's top cover dance bands. River City Soul caters mainly to weddings and corporate parties with experience in customizing your event the way you want it. They can do a dinner set for the event when you want a band to be in the background while guests are mingling and eating dinner. After dinner the band can crank out Soul, Motown, Disco, and blasts from the past for your dancing pleasure. If notified enough in advance, River City Soul can learn a couple of songs for the Bride and Grooms first dance and Father Daughter dance if they don't already know them. River City Soul is professional, dependable and reasonably priced. This is a band that shows up on time, is ready to play according to your schedule, and selects the right songs at the right time.
