Southside Union is a 4 piece band who met in San Marcos about a year ago and have been playing local gigs around the San Marcos area. We are a unique band because we have 2 lead singers that trade off songs throughout the show that both have written. We have a good amount of originals and are always writing new songs all the time that people relate to very well. We also have a lead guitarist,Jake Lummus that has classical training along with a touch of blues. Russell Bisbey is one of the singer/song writers he plays acoustic and electric rhythm, Singer/songwriter Cameron Joyner plays base. Paul Rogers is on the drums. We are very proud of our sound and want to get out to as many people as we can!

James Speer has been playing the piano and performing for over twenty years, yet, he is only 33 years old. He has been described as a cross between Harry Connick Jr., Peter Gabriel, John Mayer, and Jamie Cullum. His music styles include but are not limited to Jazz, Latin, Rock, Pop, & Soul.
