About Us:

Kellie Lynne was born and raised in Lower Burrell, located northeast of Pittsburgh on the Allegheny River that rolls through the scenic wooded hills of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Kellie Lynne's music has been inspired by its blue collared working class people. Kellie has been influenced by many country music artists including Patsy Cline, Reba McIntire, Faith Hill, Shania Twain and Martina McBride. Performing on stage since age seven, Kellie credits a second grade talent show with pointing the way to her current career path. That was her first big breakout performance, singing I Will Always Love You, made popular by country music icon Dolly Parton. As Kellie grew musically throughout her early school years, she also became interested in stage performance and soon was actively involved singing, acting and dancing in high school and public theaters. The summer before her senior year Kellie and her family made the tracked to Atlanta, GA, where Kellie auditioned for American Idol. Kellie also has television and film experience. One of her many memorable experiences included traveling to Baltimore, MD., and being filmed as a featured extra on the Warner Brothers television series, Young Americans, She has also been featured in several television commercials. During her senior year, Kellie recorded her first demo with Pittsburgh Producer, Songwriter Bob Corbin from the Corbin and Hanner Duo. After graduating high school, Kellie went on to pursue musical theater at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she was on the Dean's list. Kellie's first love is singing, and so she called home from college one evening to talk to her parents about leaving school to pursue her dream as a music artist. In pursuit of her dream, Kellie Lynne headed for Nashville TN. Kellie recorded her second demo at Evergreen Studio on Music Row, produced by Dennis Money. While in Nashville, Kellie sang at the world famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. In the spring of 2004 Kellie decided to form a band in Pittsburgh to backup her vocal talents. In October 2004, After months of dedicated rehearsals of her music, Kellie and the band made a trip to Nashville to perform in front of several record executives at the Gibson Showcase which has opened many doors for her in the music industry.. Kellie loves performing live on stage, she can feel the emotions from the audience and she feeds off of there energy. 'Kellie' was excited to have the opportunity to audition in front of Vanessa Brown-Rogers, Manager and Director of the historic Apollo Theater in New York City. Kellie Lynne was thrilled and honored to be chosen to perform on the internationally acclaimed television program, Showtime at the Apollo. The show was taped with host, comedian Sinbad, and then broadcast nationally on UPN television in the fall of 2005. Kellie was also honored when meeting the producer of the show, Suzanne de Pass', former Motown Record Executive Assistant to the great Barry Gordy and present owner of de Pass' Entertainment, Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA. Kellie has been traveling throughout the tri state area with her band, performing at clubs, bars, fairs, hotels and volunteer fire departments; just about anywhere she has the opportunity to meet new fans. You never know where you might find Kellie Lynne performing on any given evening! Kellie Lynne is preparing to return to the recording studio in the fall of 2006.

Formed in 1999, Blind Date is a four-piece band from southwestern Pennsylvania. This versatile group offers an extensive repertoire of country, southern rock & classic rock as well as countless years of combined musical experience locally, regionally and nationally. The group's debut CD, "Restless" was released in 2004. Blind Date's music, reminiscent of Steve Earle, Dwight Yoakam and the Rolling Stones crosses, merges and blurs musical boundaries, making it uniquely their own. The group regularly performs at area clubs and taverns as well as wedding receptions, festivals and private parties.
