Biography: Bad Neighbour is a 4-piece classic rock band that originated in the spring of 2010 and is based out of Tulsa, OK. Bad Neighbour's writing and musical influences include Eric Clapton, Van Halen, ZZ Top, Jimi Hendrix, Kiss, Gran Funk Railroad just to name few. The four musicians who comprise Bad Neighbour are dedicated and focused on reaching their main goal: to have their music embraced by every listening human being. Gary Trotter is the singer and guitarist for the band. He was raised in Coffeyville, KS and attended K-State University. Gary has been playing guitar and singing for several years. After Leaving K-State, he moved to Tulsa and found him self in the local music scene. Later meeting up with Rick they begin to put the band together. Erwin is originally from Enschede, The Netherlands, but he has lived and worked in various other places such as Switzerland, Belgium and New Jersey. He has played guitar since age 16, starting with just classical for a few years. He then started playing lead guitar for various local heavy metal bands, never with much fame, but with lots of fun. Later, he branched out to cover bands, blues and even folk. The last band he played in focused on originals that were reminiscent of the 80's rock bands such as Saga, Yes and Journey. This band, called Medusa, also recorded a 5-track CD. Keith Ward is the Bassist and backing vocalist for the band. Keith grew up in Fredonia Kansas, later moving to Tulsa. Keith was first taught to play guitar by a gospel guitarist at the age of 12, and later moved into playing rock and country bands. Keith has been a compass for the band with an extensive knowledge of marketing, he has helped us come "out of the garage" so to speak. Rob Butler is on the drums and backing vocals. Originally from Virginia, Rob has travelled a lot and lived in many places, thanks to his time in the Navy, and has engineering and management degrees from universities in VA, TX and AZ . He has played in jazz bands as well as R&B, blues, country and Christian (praise and worship) bands, but is happy to be back to his roots of playing classic rock. Rob brings many years of experience playing in bands in a live setting, his most notable gig playing in a band for every port that his Navy ship docked at during a Mediterranean Sea cruise. Bad Neighbour has spent the past year amassing a number of high-quality rock songs, fine-tuning their unique tone and finding out their stage presentation. Now they are looking to establish themselves as “the band to see” and develop a devout following in their home state of Oklahoma and branching out from there. About Us:

Most people who come to the Southern tip of Oklahoma down 1-35 come for the recreational clear waters of Lake Murray and Lake Texoma but this area is also a retreat for a growing music movement called “Red Dirt”. Oklahoma has been home for some well known music performers and an up and comer is Kirk Riggs and the Dewey Drivers Band who call Ardmore home. The band consists of Kirk Riggs, lead vocal, rhythm guitar; Taylor Reed, harmony vocals, lead guitar; Ryan Oldham, rhythm guitar; James Marris, bass; and Ryan Roring, drums. Kirk is the primary lyricist, writing most of the songs. He and the rest of the band put music to the words. With their combined talents, their works have a unique quality that is not seen in most music today. On their new E.P. “Live Sessions at Sully’s”, Kirk and company express their views ranging from relationships, addiction, and the simple life of growing up in southern rural Oklahoma. In the opening track “When Tomorrow Becomes Now”, Kirk and company deal with how it is to live in a small town where everyone knows you and everything about you. When relationships go sour it seems all your friends take sides and you feel you just need to get away from this small town and maybe things will get better. Also featured on the E.P. is “I Met the Devil”. The “Devil” is any addiction people struggle with and question why we can’t get away from it. Kirk Riggs and the Dewey Drivers Band have played for sold out crowds including Stillwater, Oklahoma and Ten Buck Two in Ardmore. Kirk got his start playing alongside performers such as Jeff Hobbs and Rich O’Toole. Soon after, he was playing areas from Muskogee to Ardmore, Oklahoma and Paris, Texas to Stillwater, Oklahoma with famous acts such as Jason Boland and Reckless Kelly. Kirk & Company are adding many more cities to their upcoming schedule. They have also donated a lot of time to benefits and charitable events including Kraig Lee Hodge Memorial Scholarship Fund during “Kooterfest”, “Downtown Festival”, an event promoting live music in Ardmore and Suzy’s Fund, an event to raise money for those afflicted with Craniosynestosis. Kirk and the DD Band wrap the audience in a high energy performance that brings you into the emotions of the songs they write. After watching the intense performance, the crowd feels like they have walked in the bands’ shoes.
