The Lucky Strikes are a full time professional lounge, swing and jazz band based in Austin, Texas. Together for over ten years, they specialize in vocal and big band standards from the 40s and 50s as well as original tunes written in the same style. Selections include many favorites by Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett, Chet Baker, Count Basie and Duke Ellington. The Lucky Strikes play at dozens of weddings each year and appear weekly at local jazz clubs and restaurants. With three CDs released, the band has toured throughout the U.S.A. and Canada performing in almost every state.
