The Swing 8ths was formed in late November 2004.Our main style is Jazz and Swing but we can also play some Rock and Latin depending on the songs or situation. All of the players in the band have been playing Jazz for most of their musical careers and have been in South Jersey Jazz and Band and also have been involved with a number of jazz groups over the years. The group consists of one Trumpet/Flugel Horn player, one Alto Sax/Piano player,one String Bass/Bass Guitarist,one Guitar player,and a Drummer. On special request only a big band can be put together but the price is alot to get the players and music arranged. Please feel free to email us for prices or any other questions you may have.
