The core of the players are violinist John Schattenberg, group founder, and Douglas A Beyer Jr, the group's principal violinist and contractor.
Violinist, John Schattenberg, is a former member of the Trinity University Orchestra, and the San Antonio Community Orchestra. He is currently a member of the Saltarelli String Orchestra, and has been a member of the UTSA Symphony Orchestra since its inception in 1982.
Violinist, Douglas A Beyer Jr, has a lengthy orchestral resume, which includes ensembles such as the North Texas State Symphony and Chamber Orchestras, the Colorado Springs Community Orchestra, the Colorado Springs Community Chamber Orchestra, and several San Antonio area orchestras. He is also a member of the UTSA Symphony Orchestra, and is the concertmaster for the Saltarelli String Orchestra. Beyer is currently attending UTSA to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance.
Cellist, Rene Rinehart, studied music formally at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Performance on Cello.
Pianist, Peter Gloria, has a Master's Degree in Music from Memphis State University, and has an extensive resume musical achievements of his own.
