The Plan B band plays a blend of R&B and groove oriented rock. Covered artists include: Steely Dan, Dr. John, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Van Morrison,C.C.R., Pink Floyd and newer bands like The Red Hot Chili Peppers, STP and Radio Head. All members are veteran musicians/performers with long histories in the music entertainment business. Tom Slick and the Converted Thunderbolt Greaseslappers were created in 1972 based upon a college glee club skit. We are a show band of the Sha Na Na genre. We began performing during the mid-seventies in and around eastern Pennsylvania. and have an impressive army of fans. Trying never to take themselves or the music too seriously, Slick has more fun than anyone has a right to. We are a party band specializing in high energy oldies rock and doowap. Slick plays festivals, clubs, private parties and fund raisers.
