Ray Rodriguez y Swing Sabroso Bio Ray Rodriguez y Swing Sabroso have been delighting audiences throughout the tri-state area and abroad with their unique style of 'Salsa Dura' and 'Latin Jazz' since the group was founded by Ray Rodriguez in 2001. Each musician brings with them a wealth of talent and experience from having previously worked with some of the top names in the latin music industry. Swing Sabroso's performances are precision tight and their popularity continues to grow with each performance. In addition to clubs and festivals, they also perform at many weddings and black tie events. Swing Sabroso has been the opening act for many of the Salsa Super Stars that are popular today and they have also been the featured main attraction at many clubs and festivals. Ray Rodriguez (leader-saxophone/flute) has also recorded with several New York bands (as a guest artist) on recording dates that have also included the likes of'..Dave Valentine, 'Claudio Roditi'Ray Vega'Edy Martinez, and many other well known artists. Ray Rodriguez y Swing Sabroso are currently in the studio working on their first CD.
