Paint the Sky is an acoustic group formed in 1997. Don't be fooled by our acoustic roots.We are one of the top "Unplugged Bands" in the great state of Maryland. This band can lay down some tunes that will make you want to get up and dance or sing like your a pro. We cover eveything from Classic Rock to Blue Grass. Or as we like to say, " Allison Krauss to ZZ Top ". Our perfect three part harmonies blend great with the smooth electric acoustic guitar licks. Everyone sings lead which means, you are always entertained. Just wait a song or two and you'll hear your music that makes you smile. We can "Formal" up to handle your weddings and dinner parties. Or let us make your outside bash like nothing you've seen. If your business has live entertainment, We are the band for you. We love to talk up where we are playing on our website. We take digital photo's of everything and everyone and place them on our site with funny captions under each. We bring trivia and prizes with us when we play to keep your patrons around to spend their MONEY in YOUR business. We have many ideas of special evenings to bring more people your way. The Winstons is "The Worlds Greatest Motown Revue".Let The Winstons take you down memory lane with the classic hits of The Temptations, The Four Tops, Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, Diana Ross & The Supremes, Stevie Wonder, and many others, while performing their “Memories Of Motown Revue”. This versatile dance and show-band, is also well known for their version of (The New)Electric Slide, that was featured on The Bernie Mac 100th Anniversary TV Show, and for the song that pays tribute to the dads, and known as the national anthem of fathers day called, “Color Him Father”. Whew, that’s an earful! Now do you see why we’re just the ECB? Much easier to say, and covering all the musical bases. The ECB wants you to enjoy a full spectrum of dance music for your next function. The average music lover doesn't enjoy only one musical genre or style, so, why should your band play only one type of music? Our musicologists are fully qualified and capable of sending you back to the grand ballrooms of the 40's, to the sock-hops that rocked around the clocks in the 50's, under the summertime boardwalk of the 60's and 70's, or onto a sunset beach while enjoying timeless, tropical, Caribbean rhythms. All that, and now the ECB is creating its own distinctive musical flavor to add to the mix! We are a Christian punk rock band from Maryland. We met at our church in College Park: Maryland Christian Fellowship (MCF). We play hard, loud, fast. Our energy during live shows can be compared to none! At least, that's what our drummer tells us.
