MIDNITE CRUZER is based in the Atlanta, GA. area and consists of Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, and Drums playing Classic Rock Hits from the 60's thru 80's. A wide range of material that features "Deep Cut's" and "Familiar" music. Four part harmony, searing guitar leads, keyboard effects, and tight beat rhythms gives you a professional show preformed by four seasoned road musicians that know how to entertain. The Band formed in September of 2008 and has been performing, entertaining, and rocking the young and old with Classic Rock that satisfies different musical interests. Our goal is to satisfy audiences and provide them with a memorable fun filled evening. We are flexible, professional, experienced, and most of all dependable. After all, it's your fun, and your party! Band members over the years have played with Gary Richraft of REO Speedwagon, Dan Folgelberg, Matthew Eldrige,Johnny Maestro and the Brooklyn Bridge,The Platters,The Drifters,Bobby Rydell,Leslie Gore, and The Salutations. Dexter Tolson is a native of Baltimore Maryland. After retiring from the Army in 2001 he moved to Atlanta, GA. Dexter started playing music at a very young age. Starting with the piano, he moved to guitar, drums, bass, and flute until settling on the alto sax in 1989. Dexter is a self taught saxophone player influenced by Grover Washington Jr. and David Sanborn. Dexter plays alto, tenor and soprano Saxes. He has played all over the Atlanta as well in Germany and Korea. His band members are Tony Carter on keyboard, Roland Beard on bass and Bobby Henderson on drums. This unit has been playing together for the past 4 years. His debut CD "Peace of Mind" is scheduled for release in February on 2012.
