About Us:

Albert Khasky is one of those unique musical talents who draw from a variety of influences and background experiences to create a sound that is distinctively their own. Born and raised in metropolitan Los Angeles, and composing since childhood, this singer/songwriter's melting pot roots are evidenced in his music His first release, in 2006, was an eleven song triumph titled "See Yourself." The album is a swirling aural feast of Latin-laced horn lines, Mediterranean arrangements, and African percussion, accentuated by Khasky's steady acoustic rhythms and soaring voice. Written by Albert Khasky and produced by Joshua Rumer, the lyrics, at times raw, tell of a life touched by dark and sometimes aggravating circumstances, while the music, which includes celebratory dance tracks, hard-driving rockers, and moving ballads, speaks volumes about this promising young artist. In early Summer 2007 Albert covered the Nelly Furtado hit single "Say It Right" in a YouTube video that went viral, achieving over 10,000 hits, and garnering a solid four and a half (out of five) star rating and rave reviews among viewers. His latest album, soon to be released, is a self-titled compilation of new material and selected tracks from "See Yourself." It features the hot new single "Creeping," a song about loss and redemption that echoes musical influences like The Police. In addition to his recorded material, Albert is a consummate live artist, and has been performing in Los Angeles locally the last several years. He is preparing to mount an American club tour in 2008.
