All U NEED, based in Austin, Texas, is a Contemporary Jazz/R&B/Funk band that is one of the most popular contemporary bands in "The Live Music Capital."

All U NEED, founded in 1993 by Terry G. Thomas, Jr. while attending Prairie View A&M, has grown into a full 7-piece band featuring Andrea “Ms. Dre” Bridgeman (lead vocal), Demetrius "Bishop" Davis (lead vocal), George “G.P.” Pettus (keyboards), Jonathan " Lil Jon" Deas (keyboards), Rick Spencer (bass), Jeff Settle (guitar), Terry G. Thomas, Jr. (sax), and Chris Williams (drums).

All U NEED was honored on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2005 by the Mayor of the City of Austin, Texas, Will Wynn, as he proclaimed February 10, 2005 as All U Need Day for their efforts towards the development of Austin's social, economic and cultural diversity; and, whereas, the dedicated efforts of artist further Austin's status as "The Live Music Capital of the World"

All U NEED has shared the stage and opened up for such artist as: Kyle Turner, The Manhattans, Fingerprints, Michael Ward, Athea Rene, and Michael Blackson.

All U NEED has developed a very strong following over the years. In addition to performing regularly at venues all over the Central Texas, they are regularly booked to perform at weddings, business functions and private affairs.

All U NEED provides a unique, full sound, which is electrifying and soulful. They help abolish the lines between musical genres, borrowing from all styles of music without regard to convention. Their music has strong flavors of jazz, soul, funk, Gospel, blues, jazz, rock and dance music.
